Supplying liquidity
Vadium has two distinct supply-side roles.
Supplying cash
Stablecoin suppliers fund the cash-financing book. Their capital is borrowed by users who post eligible RWAs as collateral.
Supplier returns are generated by borrower interest, net of any configured protocol reserve or other market-level deductions. Withdrawability depends on available unborrowed liquidity and market rules.
Supplying RWA inventory
RWA suppliers provide actual token inventory to the RWA-borrowing book. Borrow demand and inventory scarcity determine the economic value of that supply.
Potential inventory sources include long-term holders, dedicated inventory vaults, market makers and authorized-participant-linked facilities. The exact launch model remains an implementation decision.
:::tip Useful liquidity Headline TVL is not the objective. Useful liquidity is capital that can be borrowed and positions that can be safely unwound. :::
