Vadium is an onchain financing protocol for real-world assets. It is designed to support two complementary markets:

  • Cash financing: deposit an eligible tokenized RWA and borrow a stablecoin.
  • RWA borrowing: post stablecoin collateral and borrow the RWA itself.

The first market is designed around SPY and USDG. The architecture is intended to expand across additional assets, issuers and chains.

Vadium is not only a collateralized lending market. Its defining feature is two-sided financing: a market for cash and a market for asset inventory.
